This is a cheerful market day morning scene in the hill town of Orvieto in Umbria in Italy. Shoppers fill the street and piazza and meet up to talk. The tall ochre stone built campanile shows it is just after ten in the morning. Deeply shadowed walls contrast with sunlit walls and the tall windows of the biggest hotel in town glow a warm orange pink. Swallows and swifts fly around the bell towers and we know it is going to be a hot June day. This would be an attractive oil to have for your sitting room or bedroom especially if you have visited Orvieto yourself and would like a reminder of the beautiful town.
